Peoria, IL 61604, (309) 674-6617, is seeking disadvantaged businesses for the City of Monmouth, IL Lead Service Line Replacement, Phase 2 Project for subcontracting opportunities in the following areas: plumbing, electrical, trucking, concrete flatwork removal and replacement, asphalt pavement removal & replacement, brick pavement remove & replace, seed/straw restoration, traffic control, and all material supplies.
