NOTICE TO CREDITORS TO ALL CREDITORS: The Settlor, Victor Nicholas Tsaloff, MD, who lived at 462 Rolling Hills Lane, Petoskey, Michigan, died July 11, 2025. There is no personal representative of the settlor's estate to whom Letters of Authority have been issued. Creditors of the decedent are notified that all claims against the Victor N. Tsaloff Trust Agreement dated December 3, 1985, as amended, will be forever barred unless presented to Adam Tsaloff, Trustee, within four months after the date of publication.
