A non-mandatory Pre-submittal Conference will be held via Teams Conference, January 28th, 2026 at 2:30 p.m. All questions must be in writing and are due no later than February 8, 2026, by 5:00 p.m. Responses must be received by 5:00 p.m. (Phoenix Local Time) on February 18, 2026, and must be submitted online through OpenGov, only.
