PUBLIC NOTICE
PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that a meeting of the Board of Adjustment of the City of Mesa will be held on Wednesday, July 1, 2026, in the Mesa City Council Chambers, at 20 East Main Street, beginning at 5:30 p.m. The Board of Adjustment will consider Variances, appeals, Substantial Conformance Improvement Permits, Development Incentive Permits, and Special Use Permits relating to the Mesa Zoning Ordinance, and a Public Hearing held regarding the following requests:
BOA26-00168. "Walmart #3089 Comprehensive Sign Plan," 20± acres located at the Southwest corner of East Williams Field Road and South Mountain Road. Special Use Permit (SUP). This request will allow for a Comprehensive Sign Plan. (District 6)
BOA26-00420. "The Arden CSP," 6.6± acres located at the northwest corner of North Dobson Road and Cubs Way. Special Use Permit (SUP). This request will allow for a Comprehensive Sign Plan. (District 3)
A Study Session to discuss these cases will be held on Wednesday, July 1, 2026, in the Mesa City Council Chambers, at 20 East Main Street, at 5:00 p.m. The Mesa Planning Division staff can be contacted at (480) 644-2385, regarding any questions or comments.
