NOTICE TO CREDITORS PURSUANT TO A.R.S., Section 14-6103 In the Matter of: THE JESSIE T. AMAVISCA FAMILY TRUST, DATED: FEBRUARY 18, 2000) (i.e., the "Trust Estate"), JESSIE T. AMAVISCA (i.e., original sole Grantor and Trustee), now all Deceased. NOTICE IS GIVEN that the "Trust Estate" as well as the sole Grantor finally both passed away on: NOVEMBER 25, 2025. JESSIE T. AMAVISCA died on: November 25, 2025. This "Trust Estate" is now IRREVOCABLE. ANNA M. ARISMENDEZ is now the acting sole Successor Trustee of this "Trust Estate".
