NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE. The property legally described on Exhibit "A" hereto, ("Trust Property") will be sold, pursuant to a Notice of Delinquency and Claim of Lien recorded on August 19, 2025, at Document No. 2025-0477998, official records of Maricopa County, Arizona, and the Amended and Restated Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (Residence Club Scottsdale at Troon North), recorded at Document No. 2001-384413, official records of Maricopa County, Arizona, as described on Exhibit "B" hereto, at public auction to the highest bidder(s) at offices of Mulcahy Law Firm, P.C., 3001 E. Camelback Road, Suite 130, Phoenix, Arizona 85016 at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, July 8, 2026. Notice! If you believe there is a defense to the trustee sale or if you have an objection to the trustee sale, you must file an action and obtain a court order pursuant to rule 65, Arizona rules of civil procedure, stopping the sale no later than 5:00 p.m. mountain standard time of the last business day before the scheduled date of the sale, or you may have waived any defenses or objections to the sale. Unless you obtain an order, the sale will be final. The Trust Property is a specific timeshare interval interest, as described on Exhibit "B" hereto. This Notice of Trustee's Sale concerns only the timeshare intervals described in Exhibit "B", attached hereto. The purported street address is: 10650 E. Crescent Moon Drive, Scottsdale, AZ 85262. The Name and Timeshare Interest of the Properties are shown on Exhibit "B". Name and Address of the Servicer is: Residence Club Scottsdale at Troon North Owners' Association, 10650 E. Crescent Moon Drive, Scottsdale, AZ 85262. The Successor Trustee qualifies pursuant to A.R.S. § 33-803(A)(2) as a member of the State Bar of Arizona. Those certain Interval Interest Numbers, comprising certain rights in an undivided one/fifty-first (1/51) fractional interest in specified Unit number(s), for specific Week numbers, as stated in detail on Exhibit "B" attached hereto, of An Annual Resort Club Interest in the Resort Club Scottsdale at Troon North as set forth in the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (Residence Club Scottsdale at Troon North), recorded in Docket No. 99-1035323 in the Office of the County Recorder of Maricopa County, Arizona, as amended by the Amended and Restated Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (Residence Club Scottsdale at Troon North), recorded in Docket No. 2001-0384413, as amended by the Addendum recorded at Docket No. 2001-0468701; together with an undivided fractional interest in the undivided interest in the common area which is appurtenant to such residence unit as set forth in said declaration and plat and any annexations thereof, together with an undivided one/fifty-first (1/51st) fractional interest in the undivided interest in the common area which is appurtenant to such Interval Interest Number or Unit as set forth in the said declaration and any amendments thereof.
