PUBLIC NOTICE SUPERSTITION VISTAS COMMUNITY FACILITIES DISTRICT NO. SVR TR-014, SVR WW-014, SVR W-014 INVITATION FOR BID (IFB) RADIANCE AT SUPERSTITION VISTAS MERIDIAN ROAD PHASE 3 IMPROVEMENTS Colliers Engineering & Design, on behalf of D.R. Horton Inc., a Delaware corporation (Developer), is seeking bids from qualified contractors for installation of the Radiance at Superstition Vistas Meridian Road Phase 3 Improvements in Apache Junction, AZ. The Scope of Work entails half-street improvements along Meridian Road, from Warner to Mesquite. All qualified interested contractors are invited to submit bids in accordance with the requirements detailed in the IFB. The work included in this IFB is the subject of separate District Development and Financing Participation, Waiver, and Intergovernmental Agreements for Superstition Vistas Community Facilities District No. 1. The successful contractor will not have recourse, directly or indirectly, to the City of Apache Junction or Superstition Vistas Community Facilities District No. 1. The contract with the awarded Bidder will be with D.R. Horton Inc. and not the City of Apache Junction or Superstition Vistas Community Facilities District No. 1. A Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, June 30, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. (local time) at the office of Colliers Engineering & Design, located at 4742 N 24th Street Suite 270, Phoenix, AZ 85016. All questions must be submitted in writing no later than Monday, July 6, 2026, by 5:00 p.m. (local time). Sealed bids must be received by Monday, July 13, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. (local time) and should be directed to Nick Rounick and hand delivered to Colliers Engineering & Design, 4742 N 24th St Suite 270 Phoenix AZ 85016. No bid will be accepted after the specified date and time.
