SECTION I: LEGAL ADVERTISEMENT NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town of Queen Creek, Arizona will receive sealed Proposals for On-Call Professional Services – Architectural Services RFQ No. 26-017. Project Summary: The Town is requesting statements of Qualifications from qualified architectural firms for professional architectural and related services on as "as-needed" basis at various locations within the Town. The Town intends to use the Request for Qualifications to create a pre-qualified selection list for On-Call Architectural Services. The selected firms may be tasked with providing, but are not limited to, the following Architectural design and construction administration services: Project Administration and Supporting Services Design Services (Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Documents) Programming and Conceptual Design Project Feasibility and Preliminary Cost Estimating Services Site Design/Planning Rendering/Modeling Planning and Permitting Services Construction Drawings and Technical Specifications Construction Administration Services as Architect of Record Materials Research/Specifications Interior and Exterior Design Signage and Graphic Design Space Planning Facilities Planning ADA site and project review/plans Building Condition and Reuse Feasibility Studies Existing Facilities Surveys Building Lighting Design Energy Analysis and Design Lifecycle Evaluation Building commissioning services Proposals: The Town will accept sealed proposals on or before 3:00 P.M. local time on April 28, 2026 through the link provided in the Request for Qualifications No. 26-017. Immediately thereafter responses will be electronically opened and the name of each Respondent will be posted to the Town's e-procurement platform OpenGov on the project page. Proposals must include all information items listed in the Request for Qualifications (RFQ). Proposals received after the date and time prescribed for the opening of proposal, or not submitted in the designated manner, will not be accepted, opened, or considered. NO EMAILED, FAXED, MAILED OR HAND-DELIVERED SUBMITTALS WILL BE ACCEPTED. Documents can be obtained from the Town of Queen Creek's E-Procurement Portal at https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/queencreekaz Each Proposal shall be in accordance with specifications and instructions contained therein. The Town of Queen Creek reserves the right to accept or reject any or all responses and to waive informalities.
