ALL THAT PARCEL OF LAND SITUATED IN THE CITY OF POUGHKEEPSIE, DUTCHESS COUNTY, STATE OF NEW YORK, AS MORE FULLY DESCRIBED IN DEED AT DOCUMENT NO. 02-2002-6537, ID #6161-49-552558, BEING KNOWN AND DESIGNATED AS A METES AND BOUNDS PROPERTY, directed by said Judgment to be sold. APPROXIMATE AMOUNT OF JUDGMENT $214,604.66 PLUS INTEREST AND COSTS.
The premises will be sold subject to provisions of filed Judgment of Foreclosure And Sale and Terms of Sale.
