1. §215-16 (Bulk Regulation) to allow a front yard setback of 37.292 ft. where 50 ft. is required (12.71 ft. variance) for the installation of a residential addition;
2. §215-33(E) (Side Yard Setbacks in Whaley Lake) to allow a side yard setback (north) of 10.5 in. where 8 ft. is required (7 ft. 1.5 in. variance) for the installation of a garage addition;
