Notice of Public Hearing Town of Poughkeepsie Planning Board Legal Notice NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held before the Town of Poughkeepsie Planning Board on February 19, 2026, at 5:00 PM, or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard. This meeting will include an application, submitted by APD Engineering & Architecture PLLC on behalf of OSJ of Poughkeepsie LLC, owner (Ocean Job Lots), seeking site plan approval for a proposed remodel of a portion of the existing Ocean Job Lot building retail space to operate a +/-20,567 SF ALDI grocery store , including building renovations and minor parking modifications. The application involves tax lot number 6062-02-990867, located at 3456 North Road, Poughkeepsie, NY, and is located in the Fairview Center (FC) Zoning District. During the public hearing, all who wish to speak will be heard.
