NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Town of Hyde Park will hold a Public Hearing on the SPECIAL DISTRICT BENEFIT ASSESSMENT ROLLS (pursuant to Article 12-a of the Town Law) of the Town of Hyde Park, Dutchess County, New York, for the fiscal year beginning January 1, 2026, on Monday, November 10th 2025 at 6:05 PM at the Hyde Park Town Hall, 4383 Albany Post Road, Hyde Park, New York. Documents regarding the Special Districts (Greenfields Sewer District, Pinebrook Lighting District, and Woodland Grange Drainage) will be available for inspection during regular business hours. All persons interested shall have the opportunity to be heard at the time and place aforesaid.
