DBA Community Action Partnership Hillsborough and Rockingham Counties (CAPHR), Weatherization Assistance Program located at 40 Pine St., Manchester, NH 03108 is seeking applications from area Contractors to supply labor & materials for: 1) Retro-fitting insulation and insulation upgrades to all types of residential buildings, 2) Air sealing measures to increase energy efficiency of residential buildings, including air infiltration (I.e. Blower Door) diagnostics and measurements, 3) Mechanical ventilation and minor electrical upgrades and, 3) Heating system service work, repair, and replacement.
