The Marine City Commission will hold a Public Hearing in the City Hall Meeting Chambers, 260 S. Parker Street, Marine City, Michigan 48039 to consider the establishment of two Obsolete Property Rehabilitation Districts:
DISTRICT 1: 303 S. Water Street, Property ID # 02-475-0261-001
DISTRICT 2: 520 S. Water Street, Property ID # 02-475-0211-100
ACTION REQUESTED: Establishing two Obsolete Property Rehabilitation Districts pursuant to Public Act 146 of 2000.
DATE/TIME OF HEARING: Thursday, May 7, 2026, at 7:00 p.m.
