NOTICE OF ELECTION St. Clair County, Michigan Tuesday, May 5, 2026 To The Qualified Electors of the Yale Public School District NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Special Election will be held on Tuesday, May 5, 2026. The polls on Election Day will be open from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. The polling location for this election is as follows: Clyde Township Hall, 3350 Vincent Road The polling location is accessible for voters with disabilities and ballot marking devices are available in the precinct. To comply with Help America Vote Act (HAVA), voting instructions will be available in audio format and in Braille. Arrangements for obtaining the instructions in these alternative formats can be made by contacting your local clerk in advance of the election. The following is a brief description of the ballot proposal that will appear on the ballot: PLEASE TAKE NOTICE Yale Public School District electors will be voting on a Bond Proposal, borrow the sum of not to exceed Thirty-Two Million dollars ($32,000,000).
