PUBLIC NOTICE ST. CLAIR COUNTY, MI ORDINANCE NO. 02A-2026 SUMMARY OF ADOPTED ORDINANCE At a regular meeting of the Cottrellville Township Board of Trustees held at the Township Hall, 7008 Marsh Road, Cottrellville, Michigan, the Township Board adopted Ordinance No. 02A-2026. The ordinance amends the Cottrellville Township Zoning Map by rezoning three parcels located at 8518, 8528, and 8540 N. River Road from B-2 (General Business District) to residential zoning classifications consistent with the Township Master Plan Waterfront Residential designation. Two parcels (Parcel ID Nos. 17-769-0006-000 and 17-769-0001-000) are rezoned to R-1 (Single-Family Residential District), and one parcel (Parcel ID No. 17-769-0005-001) is rezoned to RM-1 (Multi-Family Residential District). This ordinance shall take effect March 16, 2026, following publication as required by law. A true and complete copy of the ordinance may be inspected or obtained at the Cottrellville Township Clerk's Office, 7008 Marsh Road, Cottrellville, Michigan, during regular business hours. Angela L.
