PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE The Hopewell Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing on Thursday, February 5, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers in the Municipal Building, 300 North Main Street, Hopewell, Virginia 23860, for the purpose of receiving comments regarding the following request: 2025-1109: A conditional use permit request submitted by Ashley Turner to operate an auto repair business on Parcel #024-0335, also identified as 332B Maryland Ave., and zoned B-3 Highway Commercial District.
