PUBLIC NOTICE
Notice is hereby given to all interested persons, the City of Petersburg Planning Commission will hold public hearings on Thursday, February 5, 2026, in the Petersburg Public Library Multipurpose Room, located at 201 W Washington Street, Petersburg, Virginia 23803, beginning at 6:00 PM to hear the following cases:
2026-REZ-01: Consideration of a resolution recommending approval of a request by Mark Specter, on behalf of Specter Properties LLC, to rezone property at 201 Cavalier Drive, Parcel ID 081050805 from the PUD Planned Unit Development District to the RTH Residential Townhouse District with proffers.
2026-SUP-01: Consideration of a resolution recommending approval of a request by Ibrahim Al Tamimy, on behalf of 601 E Wyth St LLC, for a special use permit to operate a stand-alone vehicle repair shop at 601 East Wythe Street, Parcel ID 012270012, in the B-2, General Commercial Zoning District.
