EVANS, ET AL Respondent(s).   ORDER OF PUBLICATION The object of this suit is to enforce the lien of the Complainant, County of Prince George, Virginia, for delinquent real estate taxes against certain real property located in the County of Prince George, Virginia, described as follows:   Tax Map No. 370 (OA) 00-052-A All that certain lot, piece, or parcel of real property, together with any improvements thereon and appurtenances thereunto belonging, lying and being situate in Blackwater Magisterial District, Prince George County, Virginia, containing 2.00 acres as indivated on a plat made by Charles H. Marks, Jr., Land Surveyor, dated January 31, 1985, entitled "Plat of Survey for Charles E. Evans Acquiring from William H. Evans, et ux," of record in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of Prince George County, Virginia in Plat Book 18 at Page 111, reference to which plat is hereby made for a more complete and accurate description of the property herein conveyed. And being the same real property conveyed to Charles E. Evans from William Henry Evans and Pearl J. Evans, husband and wife, by Deed dated February 5, 1985, and recorded February 13, 1985, among the records of the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of Prince George County, Virginia in Deed Book 274 at Page 678. This description is made subject to all easements, conditions, agreements, restrictions, and reservations of record which affect the property herein described including but not limited to those recorded in Plat Book 18 at Page 111, Deed Book 312 at Page 718.   IT APPEARING that an Affidavit has been made and filed stating that due diligence has been used, without effect, to ascertain the identity and location of certain parties to be served, that the last known addresses for the Respondents herein are as follows: Charles E. Evans, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is P.O. Box 1984, Prince George, Virginia 23875-1984; Charles E. Evans Jr. 2819 Matterhorn Drive, Apt C, Richmond, Virginia 23228; and that any officers, heirs, devisees, and successors in title of the Respondent named herein are made parties Respondent to this action individually and/or by the general description of Parties Unknown, it is hereby ORDERED that the parties herein and all Parties Unknown and/or whose location cannot be ascertained appear on or before May 7, 2026 in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of the County of Prince George, Virginia, and do what may be necessary to protect their interests in this cause.
