It is ORDERED that this Order be published once a week for four (4) successive weeks in the Progress-Index, a newspaper of general circulation in Hopewell, Virginia, and that the parties named herein appear at 2:00 p.m. on June 17, 2026, in the City of Hopewell Circuit Court and do what may be necessary to protect their respective interests.
