NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING CITY OF COLONIAL HEIGHTS, VIRGINIA BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS Notice is hereby given to all persons affected or interested that on Wednesday, April 1, 2026, at 4:00 p.m., in Council Chambers of City Hall, 201 James Avenue, Colonial Heights, Virginia, the Board of Zoning Appeals shall hold a public hearing to accept comments on and consider the following request: A request for relief from the Board of Zoning Appeals of a Violation Notice and Correction Order by the City Zoning Administrator for operating "Sky High Smoke Shop", a Recreational Substances Retail business without obtaining the required zoning approval. The subject property is owned by Mr. Saher Khatib, located at 601 Boulevard known as parcel identification number 3900010030A. A copy of the appeal application is available by accessing the City website at www.colonialheightsva.gov, or a copy may be obtained by calling (804) 520-9297. A copy of the appeal application also may be obtained from the Department of Planning and Community Development, located on the first floor of City Hall. All persons affected or interested are invited to be present at the Board of Zoning Appeal's public hearing at the time and place above, when an opportunity will be given for them to be heard.
