NOTICE OF SERVICE BY PUBLICATION Notice is hereby given to Perfect Touch Delivery, LLC, a Virginia Limited Liability Company ("Defendant") and its registered agent Sherell Smith, that on May 23, 2025, a lawsuit seeking damages styled Expedited Transport, LLC, Plaintiff, v. Perfect Touch Delivery, LLC, Defendant, et. al. (Case No. CV-2025-902073) was filed against Defendant in the Circuit Court of Jefferson County, Alabama (the "Court"). This lawsuit alleges the commission of various torts by Defendant or Defendant's agents against the named Plaintiff in June 2023. The lawsuit seeks monetary damages from Defendant in an amount greater than $150,000. Defendant is required to file an Answer to the Complaint with the Clerk of Court within thirty (30) days from the date of the last publication of this notice or default judgment will be entered.
