OFFICE OF TREASURER County of Pueblo Court House Pueblo, Colorado    C.P.NO. 410 BK 2019 PARCEL NO. 05-170-03-012   Notice of Application for Tax Deed   TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN and more especially to RIVERVIEW PROPERTY SERVICES, LLC MIKE KINCADE You are hereby notified that on the 22nd day of October, 2019, the then Treasurer of the County of Pueblo, State of Colorado, sold at public sale to Mike Kincade the tax lien upon the following described real estate, situate in the County of Pueblo, viz:   LOT 13 BLK 3 TR 386 PUEBLO WEST   said sale being made to satisfy the delinquent general taxes assessed against said property for the year 2018, and certificate of purchase numbered 410 book 2019 was issued to Mike Kincade by said Treasurer.   That subsequent taxes upon said property for the years 2019 to 2024 inclusive were paid by the holder of said certificate of purchase.   That at the time of said assessment and said sale said property was taxed in the name of Riverview Property Services LLC.   That Mike Kincade the present holder of said certificate of purchase has made application to me to offer at Treasurer's Deed Auction for a Treasurer's or Tax Deed to said property, provided the same has not been redeemed from said sale for taxes prior to the start time of the Treasurer's Deed Auction.   That I will offer for sale at public auction on or after 25th day of February A.D., 2026 at 4:30 p.m. MT, the above listed property.
