PUEBLO AREA COUNCIL OF GOVERNMENTS   NOTICE OF AMENDMENT TO THE FISCAL YEAR 2025-2028 PACOG TRANSPORTATION IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM   Public input and comments are being solicited for the Amendment of the FY 2025-2028 PACOG Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) to include the following project Amendment.    Project Name: Pueblo Transit Fixed Route Bus/Vehicle Replacements    STIP Number:   Project Location and change: The City of Pueblo (Pueblo Transit) will received funding to buy hybrid buses to replace aging diesel buses   Federal Funds: $15,687,944.00 State Funds: $3,900,000.00 TOTAL PROJECT: $19,587,944.00   This Amendment is scheduled for consideration and discussion at the PACOG Board meeting on Thursday, January 22nd, 2026 at the Pueblo County Department of Emergency Management, 101 West 10th Street, Pueblo, CO at 12:00pm.
