Pursuant to the Stipulated Final Judgment and Decree of Foreclosure entered on November 14, 2025, in the above entitled action, I will sell the Property encumbered by the Deed of Trust.
You are hereby notified that the covenants of the Deed of Trust have been violated as follows: The covenant violations under the Debt or Deed of Trust or both on which the demand for foreclosure is based includes but is not limited to the failure to make timely payments required under the Deed of Trust and the Debt secured thereby.
THE PROPERTY DESCRIBED HEREIN IS ALL A PORTION OF THE PROPERTY CURRENTLY ENCUMBERED BY THE LIEN OF THE DEED OF TRUST.
NOTICE OF RIGHTS
