REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS   PROPOSAL NUMBER: R.F.P. 26-390-OPER PROJECT DESCRIPTION: LEGAL SERVICES (AS-NEEDED)   RECEIPT AND OPENING OF PROPOSALS The Housing Authority of the City of Pueblo (HACP) will receive proposals from qualified and licensed legal counsel to provide professional LEGAL SERVICES on an as-needed basis in support of various programs operated by the HACP.   Only mailed or dropped-off proposals will be accepted and shall be sent to the address provided below. Proposals must be in possession of the HACP no later than March 10, 2026, 3:00 p.m. Mountain Time.
