Our Little Secret, Her Engines, Machinery, Tackle, Apparel, Appurtenances, etc., in rem. and Michael Traiforos Defendants PUBLIC NOTICE OF ACTION AND ARREST  On March 5, 2026, a Verified Complaint was filed by Ocean State Credit Union in the United States District Court of Rhode Island, Civil Action No. 26-cv-00130 against Our Little Secret (O.N. 1306780), in rem, seeking the condemnation and sale of said vessel for the purpose of applying the proceeds of said sale towards amounts owed under a preferred ship mortgage and related note to the vessel. In accordance with said Complaint, a warrant of arrest of said vessel was issued, and it was executed on June 1, 2026, when said vessel was arrested and attached at Warwick, Rhode Island, by the United States Marshal. Any person having an interest in said vessel, in order to protect or assert said interest or claim during the preceding, must file a statement of interest with the Clerk of Court and Plaintiff’s counsel within fourteen (14) days after publication of this notice and an answer to the complaint must be filed and served within 30 days after publication of this notice, or alternatively within 21 days after filing a statement of interest, otherwise default may be entered and condemnation order.
