NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS   The Stark County Park District seeks Statements of Qualifications from professional design firms interested in contracting to perform the professional design services required for building and site improvements at Quail Hollow Park to improve overall public accessibility at this location. Interested firms may obtain a copy of the RFQ by emailing a request to the following individual:   Sarah Buell Capital Projects and Planning Manager sbuell@starkparks.com Interested firms must submit Statements of Qualifications in accordance with the requirements contained in the RFQ. All submissions must be received by 2:00 PM, local time, on October 10, 2025, at the following email address: Sbuell@starkparks.com The Park District reserves the right to reject any and all submissions, to waive any and all defects, and to enter into contract with the responding firm that submits the Statement of Qualifications deemed most beneficial to the Park District. This Reservation of Rights shall remain in effect until any contract resulting from this RFQ is fully executed by the parties and all other contracting requirements are met.
