REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS   Airport Terminal Naming Rights The Akron-Canton Regional Airport Authority (“ACRAA”) is hereby soliciting requests for proposals and experience from airport consultants for naming rights at the Airport. A qualifications-based selection process conforming to FAA Advisory Circular 150/5100-14E will be utilized. Fee information will be considered in the selection process and should be submitted with the proposer’s qualifications. Selection criteria will include: •  Financial Proposal & Economic Value •  Brand Fit & Airport Relevance •  Sponsor Experience & Capability •  Marketing, Activation & Engagement Plan •  Inclusivity & Community Impact •  Technical Proposal Quality •  Operational Impact & Feasibility •  Legal, Contractual & Risk Assessment A mandatory pre-proposal conference will be held at the Akron-Canton Airport’s  2nd  Floor Conference  Room 2 on April 29, 2026, at 2 PM EST. No virtual option will be available. Sealed proposals for Airport Terminal Naming Rights will be received by the AKRON-CANTON AIRPORT AUTHORITY in the President's Office, 4th Floor, Terminal Building, until 11:00 AM EST on Friday, May 22, 2026. Proposals need to be addressed to the AKRON-CANTON AIRPORT AUTHORITY. The envelope MUST be plainly marked with "Airport Terminal Naming Rights.” The AKRON-CANTON AIRPORT AUTHORITY reserves the right to reject all proposals, except the proposal which is in the best interest of the Airport Authority, and hold for at most sixty (60) days before final action thereon, if found necessary. The winning proposer’s naming rights fee(s) will be negotiated based upon a detailed scope as approved by the ACRAA.
