APPLICATION FOR WATER NO. 94637 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that on the 4th day of August 2025 Nevada Department of Transportation of Carson City, Nevada made application to the State Engineer of Nevada for permission to change the place and manner of use of 0.037 c.f.s., 15.84 a.f.a., a portion of water heretofore appropriated under Claim 302 of the Orr Ditch Decree. Water will be diverted from the Truckee River (Orr Ditch) at a point located within the NE1/4 SW1/4 of Section 17, T19N, R19E, MDB&M, or at a point from which the SW corner of said Section 17 bears S 44 degrees 40 minutes 00 seconds W, a distance of 3,211 feet.
