Johnson Jr., individually and doing business as Tenibac Cabinets, LLC; John Does 1-10, Jane Does 1-10, Doe Partnerships 1-10; DOE Corporations 1-10; and DOE Government Entities 1-10, the above-named Defendants, for the sum of S2 I ,930.00, plus interest totaling S3,022.06, leaving a balance of 524,952.06, with interest accruing at the legal rate per annum till paid, as appears to us of record, besides Sheriff's and publication fees, upon a judgment rendered July 15, 2025, pursuant to an Application of Foreign Judgment. I have this day levied upon all the right, title, claim and interest of David R. Johnson Jr., individually and doing business as Tenibac Cabinets, LLC; John Does 1-10, Jane Does 1-10, Doe Partnerships 1-10; DOE Corporations 1-10; and DOE Government Entities 1-10, in and to the following described property, to wit: 930 Lasso Way, Fernley NV 89408 APN 020-971-09 Lot 134, as shown on the Plat of SAGE VALLEY ESTATES SUBDIVISION, UNIT NO. 4, recorded in the Official Records of Lyon County, Nevada, on October 12th , 2004, as Document No. 333103 and as shown on Certificate of Amendment recorded September 8m, 2015 as Document No. 540861. EXCEPTING THEREFROM, any and all water rights appurtenant thereto. TOGETHER with all tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances, including easements thereto belonging or appertaining, and any reversions, remainders, rents, issues or profits thereof Public notice is hereby given that I will, pursuant to NRS 21.150 and NRS 21.190, on the 23rd day of April, 2026, at 10:00 o’clock a.m. of said day, in front of the Lyon County Courthouse in the City of Yerington, State of Nevada, sell at public auction for lawful money of the United States of America, all the right, title, claim and interest of said Defendant, of, in or to the above-described property, or so much thereof as may be necessary to raise sufficient money to satisfy said judgment, with interest, cost and accruing costs, to the highest bidder.
