Lauderdale, Florida made application to the State Engineer of Nevada for permission to change the point of diversion of 0.967 c.f.s., 699.91 a.f.a., of water heretofore appropriated under Permit 66599. Water will be diverted from an underground source (Well #18) at a point located within the SE1/4 SW1/4 of Section 36, T36N, R23E, MDB&M, or at a point from which the NW corner of Section 11, T35N, R23E, MDB&M bears S 21 degrees 28 minutes 02 seconds W, a distance of 3,411.71 feet (approx. 20 miles N of Gerlach, NV). Water will be used for irrigation purposes from January 1st to December 31st of each year. The existing point of diversion was located within the NE1/4 NW1/4 of Section 36, T36N, R23E, MDB&M, or at a point from which the NW corner of Section 11, T35N, R23E, MDB&M bears S 8 degrees 53 minutes 36 seconds W, a distance of 8,503.92 feet.
