NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS PROJECT-BASED VOUCHER PROGRAM Nevada Rural Housing Authority (NRHA) is soliciting proposals from owners and developers of existing or newly constructed rental housing developments for participation in the Project-Based Voucher (PBV) Program under the Housing Choice Voucher Program. NRHA intends to award up to 25 Project-Based Vouchers (PBVs) for eligible projects located within Nevada's Rural Counties.
