CARSON CITY PURCHASING AND CONTRACTS NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS BID No. 26300290 PWP-CC-2026-232 Carson City Parks Asphalt Replacement & Maintenance Project Engineer's Estimate $421,200 SUMMARY: Carson City is accepting sealed bids for all labor, materials, tools and equipment necessary for the Carson City Parks Asphalt Replacement and Maintenance Project. The project consists of three separate work sites in Carson City, Nevada (Lone Mountain Cemetery, Carson River Park and Morgan Mill River Access). The total scope of work includes closure and detour signage, asphalt demo, wide crack repair, crack sealing, Type 3 slurry seal, existing aggregate base touch up, grading, compaction, 3" asphalt paving, striping, concrete valley gutter, concrete curbing and all common phases customarily associated with this type of project. CONTRACTOR'S LICENSE: Carson City has determined that all bidders shall be licensed by the State of Nevada to do the type and value of work contemplated in this project. The successful bidder shall possess a valid and applicable contractor's license issued by the Nevada State Contractors Board under the provisions of Chapter 624 of Nevada Revised Statutes, at the time of submitting its bid. BID DOCUMENTS: Digital copies of the plans, specifications and related documents for this project may be examined and downloaded through the link on the Carson City website http://www.carson.org/bids. QUESTIONS regarding this bid must be submitted via NGEM under the "QUESTIONS TAB" and can be submitted any time up to a minimum of (4) working days prior to bid opening. ADDENDA: All addenda can be found through the link on Carson City's website. It is each bidder's responsibility to ensure that they have received all addenda prior to submission of their sealed bid. SEALED BIDS must be submitted electronically via the online bidding system (NGEM). Bids must be received not later than 2:00 p.m. on March 5, 2026. BID OPENING will be held online via webex meeting at 2:30 p.m. on March 5, 2026, meeting link is provided in the activities tab in NGEM. Bidders, their representatives, and all other interested persons may be present during the bid opening. AWARD RECOMMENDATION will be made by the Carson City Purchasing and Contracts Department.
