CITY OF FERNLEY Notice of Adoption of Ordinance Notice is hereby given that Bill #379 was adopted as ordinance 2026-009, amending the City's land use table, Fernley Municipal Code Title 32, Chapter 6, Section 150, Table 2, to allow multifamily and mixed-use developments by right in commercial zones pursuant to State Assembly Bill 241; and providing other matters properly relating thereto. INTRODUCED ON 3/4/2026. PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED on 4/1/2026, by the following vote of the City Council: 4 Ayes 0 Nays 0 Abstentions 0 Absent. THIS ORDINANCE SHALL TAKE EFFECT 20 DAYS AFTER PUBLICATION.
