CITY OF FERNLEY PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Fernley City Council will hold a public hearing regarding consideration, discussion, and possible action to approve Bill #370 (CA25004), an Ordinance amending Title 32, Chapter 9, Section 070 (Grading) and Title 32, Chapter 2, Section 030 (Definitions) of the Development Code to add definitions for "Grubbing," "Standard Grading," and "Engineered Grading" and to clarify grading permit thresholds, slope limitations, erosion and dust control, inspection, bonding, and enforcement requirements. The public hearing will take place at the 5 PM City Council meeting on January 21, 2026, at Fernley City Hall in the Council Chambers located at 595 Silver Lace Blvd., Fernley, NV.
