NOTICE OF HEARING IN THE SECOND JUDICIAL DISTRICT COURT OF THE STATE OF NEVADA IN AND FOR THE COUNTY OF WASHOE IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF SEAN CALUORI CASE NO. PR25-00883 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that HEATHER CALVIN and KURT FREISCHLAG (hereinafter "Petitioners"), by and through their attorney McMENOMY LAW, PLLC, has filed in this Court a Petition for Probate, for Issuance of Letters of Administration and for Full Authority to Administer Estate in the Estate of SEAN CALUORI, deceased, and a hearing has been set for the 17th day of December, 2025 at 1:00 p.m. in the Probate Court, Washoe County Courthouse, Reno, Nevada, located at 75 Court Street, Reno, Nevada 89501. All persons interested in said matter are referred to the above Petition for further details and are further notified to appear at the time and place and show cause, if any they have, why the Petition should not be granted. The Petition requests authority to administer the estate under the Independent Administration of Estates Act. This will avoid the need to obtain court approval for many actions taken in connection with the estate. However, before taking certain actions, the personal representative will be required to give notice to interested persons unless they have waived notice or have consented to the proposed action. Independent administration authority will be granted unless good cause is shown why it should not be. This hearing will be conducted by conference call only.
