NOTICE OF HEARING PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that DENISE NASH has filed a PETITION FOR PROBATE AND FOR SUMMARY ADMINISTRATION OF ESTATE, APPOINTMENT OF ADMINISTRATOR AND FOR ISSUANCE OF LETTERS OF ADMINISTRATION AND REQUEST FOR INDEPENDENT ADMINISTRATION OF ESTATE , for the Estate of KIMBERLEE GARCIA GOLAW, PR25-00989, and has set the matter for hearing on February 11, 2026, at 10:00 a.m., in the Probate Court, Washoe County Courthouse, Reno, NV. The petition requests authority to administer the estate under the Independent Administration of Estates Act. This will avoid the need to obtain court approval for many actions taken in connection with the estate. However, before taking certain actions, the personal representative will be required to give notice to interested persons unless they have waived notice or have consented to the proposed action. Independent administration authority will be granted unless good cause is shown why it should not be. This hearing will be conducted by conference call only.
