No: PR NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that TONI ELAM has filed in this court a PETITION TO SET ASIDE ESTATE WITHOUT ADMINISTRATION requesting an order setting aside the entire Estate of EDWINA NICKERSON, deceased, to TONI A. ELAM, and has set the matter for hearing on Wednesday, July 8, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. in the Probate Court, Washoe County Courthouse, 75 Court Street, Reno, Nevada. This hearing will be conducted by conference call only.
