NOTICE OF INTENT TO SELL REAL PROPERTY SECOND JUDICIAL DISTRICT COURT, WASHOE COUNTY, NEVADA SEVERO BARSENAS, the duly appointed Personal Representative of the Estate of TINA WU, also known as TINA HSIAOTING WU, Case No. PR25-00555, by and through his counsel of record, AUDREY DAMONTE, ESQ., of KEARNEY, PUZEY & DAMONTE, LTD., hereby gives notice that the real property commonly referred to as 4434 Whitney Circle, Sparks, Nevada, 89436, being Assessor's Parcel Number 035-524-16, and more particularly described as follows: Lot 9, in Block A. of WILLOW CREEK WEST UNIT NO. 1, according to the map thereof, filed in the office of the County Recorder of Washoe County, State of Nevada, on December 5, 1988, as File No. 1291073, as Tract Map No. 2548.
