The State of Indiana to the Defendant(s) above named, and any other person who may be concerned.
You are hereby notified that you have been sued in the Court above named.
The nature of the suit against you is:
Complaint on Note and to Foreclose Mortgage on Real Estate
Against the property commonly known as 8369 Main St, Williamsburg, IN 47393-9000 and described as follows:
Fifty (50) feet in equal width off of the entire south side of the following described real estate, to-wit: A part of the said southeast quarter of Section Six (6), Township Seventeen (17), Range Fourteen (14) East, bounded as follows: Beginning fourteen (14) rods ten (10) feet and ten (10) inches, north of the northwest corner of Lot number Two (2) of the Plat of Williamsburg, Wayne County, Indiana, running thence east one hundred fifty (150) feet; thence south one hundred sixteen (116) feet and six (6) inches; thence west one hundred fifty (150) feet; thence north one hundred sixteen (116) feet and six (6) inches to the place of beginning.
This summons by publication is specifically directed to the following named defendant(s) whose whereabouts are unknown:
The Unknown Heirs and Devisees of Linda J. Lacey, Deceased
If you have a claim for relief against the plaintiff arising from the same transaction or occurrence, you must assert it in your written answer or response.
You must answer the Complaint in writing, by you or your attorney, within thirty (30) days after the Third Notice of Suit, and if you fail to do so a judgment by default may be entered against you for the relief demanded, by the Plaintiff.
