NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TO ADOPT THE LOCAL BUDGET FOR THE 2026 BUDGET YEAR FOR THE CITY OF RICHMOND, INDIANA The Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana, hereby gives notice pursuant to Indiana Code (IC) 5-3-1-2(b) that it will conduct a public hearing of Richmond City Council on Monday, October 6th, at 7:00 p.m. in the Common Council Chambers located on the third floor of the City of Richmond Municipal Building located at 50 North 5th Street, Richmond, Indiana. Said budget appropriations to be adopted for the 2026 budget year are to be presented in detail at said public hearing in accordance with IC 6-1.1-17-5(a) with proposed budget information available on the Indiana Department of Local Government Finance Computer Gateway website in accordance with IC 6-1.1-17-3.
