PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE   On May 19, 2026, the City Council of the City of Anderson adopted Resolution No. 26-18 a Resolution of Intention to renew Landscape and Lighting District No. 1993-2 assessments within the city limits for Fiscal Year 2026-2027 with no change in rate or assessment methodology. In accordance with this resolution, a public hearing has been set for 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday July 7, 2026, in the City Council Chambers, 1887 Howard Street, Anderson.   There is no change in rate or assessment methodology from prior years. The proposed assessment remains at $15 per unit for the first unit and $10 per unit for each unit thereafter.   The Engineer's Report is available for public inspection during business hours in the Office of the City Clerk, 1887 Howard Street, Anderson.
