Public Notice   NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Redding is holding Unclaimed Monies in the amount of $28,611.35 in trust accounts (401-0000-2230010 and 2230015) for uncashed checks issued prior to June 1, 2023. The City of Redding is hereby giving notice that on Wednesday, July 29, 2026, all unclaimed funds will become the property of the City of Redding.   Any person possessing a legal claim to any of these funds must file a formal claim by 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, July 29, 2026, with the City of Redding Financial Services Department at 777 Cypress Avenue, Redding CA.
