In accordance with the provisions of the California Uniform Commercial Code and Section 798.56a(e) of the California Civil Code, there being due and unpaid storage for which The Dunes Ranch Residential Community LLC dba Park Villa is entitled to a lien as Warehousemen on the 1972 Kaufman/Broad Biltmore mobile home, Decal Number AAC8215, Serial Number S2577, Label/Insignia Number 64532, currently located at 12125 Lake Boulevard, Space 47, Redding, California 96003, held on account of Marla Lynn Sternberg, and due notice having been given to the parties known to claim an interest therein and the time specified in such notice for payment of such charges having expired, notice is hereby given that the mobilehome will be sold at public auction on Wednesday, February 25, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. at 12125 Lake Boulevard, Space 47, Redding, California 96003. PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that payment must be made by certified funds within seven (7) days of the date of sale, and at the time the mobilehome is removed from the premises. PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that the mobilehome and contents must be removed from the premises within seven (7) days of the date of sale. PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that any purchaser of the mobilehome will take it subject to any liens pursuant to Health & Safety Code §18116.1.
