Request for Bids Notice is hereby given that St. Johns County is soliciting sealed bids under Invitation for Bids No: 2536; COUNTY WIDE PIPE AND MANHOLE LINING RENEWAL & REHABILITATION SERVICES. Interested and qualified Bidders may submit sealed bids in accordance with the requirements provided in the Bid Document, to the St. Johns County Purchasing Department located at 500 San Sebastian View, St. Augustine, FL 32084. All sealed bids must be submitted by or before 2:00PM EDST on Wednesday, November 19, 2025, or as otherwise stated in an addendum. Sealed bids delivered to or received by the SJC Purchasing Department after the above submittal deadline shall not be considered and shall be returned unopened to the addressee. The purpose of this IFB is to solicit IFBs from qualified bidders to furnishing all labor, materials and equipment to install cured-in-place pipelining and pipe slip lining for storm drain pipe of various shapes and sizes and sanitary wastewater infrastructure assets of various shapes and sizes on an as-needed basis through issuance of task orders for each project. The scope includes providing pre- and post-inspection reports, bypass pumping and performing other miscellaneous repairs.
