NOTICE OF AUDIT COMMITTEE MEETING STILLWATER COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT The Audit Committee meeting of the Board of Supervisors of the Stillwater Community Development District will be held on Thursday, April 9, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. at Holiday Inn Express, 2300 State Road 16, St. Augustine, Florida 32084. Immediately following will be the regular meeting. The meeting is open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of Florida Law for Community Development Districts. A copy of the agenda for this meeting may be obtained from the District Manager, at 475 West Town Place, Suite 114, St. Augustine, FL 32092 (and phone (904) 940-5850). This meeting may be continued to a date, time, and place to be specified on the record at the meeting. There may be occasions when one or more Supervisors will participate by telephone.
