MEADOW VIEW AT TWIN CREEKS COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT NOTICE OF WORKSHOP Notice is hereby given that a Workshop of one or more members of the Board of Supervisors (“Board”) of the Meadow View at Twin Creeks Community Development District (“District”) be held on Monday, June 15, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. at the Lake House Amenity Center located at 850 Beacon Lake Parkway, St. Augustine, Florida 32095. The Workshop is being held to discuss the Fiscal Year 2027 budget. An electronic copy of the agenda may be obtained by contacting the office of the District Manager, c/o Governmental Management Services, LLC, 475 West Town Place, Suite 114, St. Augustine, Florida 32092, at (904) 940-5850 (“District Manager’s Office”) and is also expected to be available on the District’s website, www.meadowviewattwincreekscdd.com at least seven days prior to the workshop. The workshop will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of Florida law for community development districts and will be open to the public. The workshop may be continued in progress without additional notice to a date, time, and place to be specified on the record at the workshop. Each person who decides to appeal any decision made by the Board with respect to any matter considered at the workshop is advised that person will need a record of proceedings and that accordingly, the person may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, including the testimony and evidence upon which such appeal is to be based.
