LAKEWOOD RANCH STEWARDSHIP DISTRICT EVALUATION COMMITTEE MEETING ANNOUCEMENT: REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS (RFQ) FOR PROJECT DEVELOPMENT AND ENVIRONMENT (PD&E) STUDY FOR FRUITVILLE ROAD (EAST) IMPROVEMENTS A public meeting of the Lakewood Ranch Stewardship District's ("District") Evaluation Committee Meeting will be held on February 25, 2026, at 2:00 PM District Office – 14400 Covenant Way, Lakewood Ranch, FL 34202, for the purposes of evaluation, ranking and determining proposer shortlist selection to be recommended to the Board of Supervisors to the District. No official action of the District's Board of Supervisors ("Board") will be taken at this meeting, it is held for the limited purpose of evaluating the responses received in accordance with the evaluation criteria set by the Board. The meeting is open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of Florida law.
