*** Notice to Bidders *** Christoval ISD Christoval ISD will receive sealed bids for General Construction, Remodeling, Painting, HVAC Services, and Lawn Care until 3:00 pm on Thursday, September 25, 2025. Bids will be publicly opened and read at 3:15 pm on the same day at District Administration Office located 20042 3rd Street, Christoval, Texas. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, providing general construction, interior and exterior painting, HVAC repair and replacement services, and lawn care services on an "as-needed" basis for various projects throughout the district. The successful bidder(s) will furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision required to complete the projects. Bids will be evaluated based on the "best value" for the district, as outlined in Texas Education Code § 44.031. The district reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any minor informality or irregularity in any bid, and to award the contract(s) deemed to be in the best interest of the district. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope or package and clearly marked on the outside with “Contract Construction/Lawn Care”.
